New Design concept
Tulle skirt has solid material inner layer with about 7 layers of tulle on the outside. This will make a very full skirt. The skirt will have a satin tie sash. You could wear the bow of the sash in the front, back or side.
The Dress features a scallop shoulder top and tulle skirting. The tulle skirting is the same as the skirt by itself.
You could buy the dress or buy the skirt and also purchase the scallop top to mix and match.
