This dress was designed by Mrs. Amber Middaugh. She entered this design into a online design contest but it was not chosen for production.
I was fortunate enough to grab the prototype for myself :).
The dress was designed to go with a jacket that attaches to the dress by way of the buttons on the waist but to me the fit was a little off. The dress all by itself is cute. Glad I purchased it :)
